SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All UK deliveries are dispatched within 2-5 working days via Royal Mail and sent 2nd class recorded delivery which normally takes 2 working days to be delivered. On rare occasions or adverse events it can take up to 13 days. To allow for any possible delays, after 13 days has passed, we will organise a replacement order to be sent out.

The correct and full address for all UK and International deliveries is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any incomplete addresses or postal criteria which are not met is not the responsibility of Gold Lunar and consequently if your order does not arrive because of this, Gold Lunar is not held responsible for refunding or replacing orders. If because of this your order is returned to us then a refund will be given minus the cost of postage paid by the brand.

If you need to receive your order by a particular date then please add a comment to the order notes at the checkout or email us before placing your order to guarantee your preferred delivery date. Gold Lunar are not responsible for parcels once the tracking updates as delivered or attempted delivery - from this point it is the customer's responsibility for arranging collection or re-delivery.

Express and nominated day services are available for £5-£10, to organise this please email orders@goldlunar.co.uk If you are selecting next day delivery as your shipping option at the check out, please order before 2pm for orders to be delivered the next day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day for next day delivery.

 

For international delivery all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We hope you love our jewellery just as much as us but if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a return.

You will receive an email from us that will state the postal address you need to return the item to and you will need to send the return to us within 28 days from the date of purchase. We recommend using a tracked postage service and for you to hang onto your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. Gold Lunar are not responsible for the cost to return or any returns parcels lost in transit.

  • All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Any items that are received back which are not in a resaleable condition will be returned to you minus the refund and you will be charged the cost of the return postage back to you.

  • Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

  • All items bought in the sample sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Free gifts sent in conjunction with your purchase will need to be returned along with the original item. If the free gift is not returned, we will have to deduct from the refunded amount the retail price of the free gift.

  • Any postage and/or gift wrapping fee is not refunded if the items are returned.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt (minus the shipping fee) and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

  • Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

If in the unfortunate event your item is faulty, please email us at orders@goldlunar.co.uk as soon as possible and we will arrange for an exchange once your faulty item is returned back. In this event, your return postage will be reimbursed up to £1.15. Please also obtain a free proof of postage.
